Role Description The Vice President of Products is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the portfolio. Day-to-day activities include leading product management teams, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, and ensuring alignment between product initiatives and business goals. This role oversees product discovery and development, prioritizes features using data and customer insights, and monitors product performance and adoption. The Vice President of Products will regularly review market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement. The role also includes mentoring product leaders, establishing best practices, and communicating product plans and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

Ability to define and execute effective Product Strategy and long-term product vision aligned with business objectives. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, product metrics, and customer insights for informed decision-making. Extensive experience in Product Management, including roadmap ownership, prioritization, and lifecycle management. Proven Cross-functional Team Leadership capabilities, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations. Hands-on experience with Product Development processes, from discovery and requirements to launch and iteration. Demonstrated success in senior product leadership roles, ideally overseeing multiple products or product lines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Comfort operating in a remote, distributed environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
