Role Description The Vice President of Project Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects from inception to completion. This position leads project teams, defines project scopes and timelines, and ensures alignment with business objectives and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating due diligence activities, managing budgets and financial projections, and overseeing contract negotiations with vendors, partners, and service providers. The role also involves identifying new project opportunities, supporting business development initiatives, providing regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders, and implementing best practices to improve project efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including project planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. Strong proficiency in Due Diligence for real estate or related projects, including market analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility evaluation. Solid experience with Budgeting, financial modeling, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered within financial targets. Proven ability in Contract Negotiation, including drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements with external partners and vendors. Background in Business Development, with skills in opportunity identification, relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and high standards of accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders. Leadership experience managing teams in a remote or hybrid environment, fostering collaboration and accountability.
