Role Description This is a full-time remote role designed to support the diverse business activities within RBI Group of Companies. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating information and documentation across business units, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with communication between internal teams and external partners. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records, monitoring project progress, and supporting operational or administrative tasks as assigned. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues in different sectors, proactively identify process improvements, and contribute to efficient, well-organized workflows while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities across diverse business units. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, emails, and presentations. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort adopting new digital tools. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining reliability, accountability, and attention to detail. Experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles, ideally within construction, hospitality, real estate, agriculture, or related fields. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting team efficiency. Post-secondary education in business, administration, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
