Role Description The Vice President of Quality Assurance is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, leading, and continuously improving the firm’s quality assurance framework across processes, documentation, and client-facing deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing quality standards, implementing quality control procedures, and overseeing regular quality audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess risks, define corrective actions, and monitor performance metrics for ongoing improvement. The Vice President will also mentor team members on quality best practices, prepare quality and compliance reports for senior management, and support responses to regulatory reviews or client due diligence inquiries.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to design and oversee comprehensive quality frameworks. Candidates should possess practical experience in Quality Control to ensure processes, documentation, and outputs consistently meet defined standards. Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Auditing to plan, execute, and report on internal quality and compliance assessments. Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of relevant Regulatory Requirements to align firm practices with legal and industry standards. Demonstrated leadership experience in quality or compliance roles, preferably within financial services, lending, or real estate. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex quality and compliance topics to senior stakeholders. Comfort working remotely, managing priorities independently, and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, quality management, or a related field; professional certifications in quality or compliance are an advantage.
