Role Description The Vice President of Retail Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end retail performance across all channels. This role oversees store operations, sales execution, merchandising standards, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and financial goals. The Vice President develops and implements operational frameworks, optimizes processes, and sets performance metrics to drive revenue growth and profitability. Daily responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams, guiding regional and store leadership, reviewing financial and operational reports, and making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency. This role also leads strategic initiatives such as new store formats, technology adoption, and continuous improvement programs while mentoring leaders and promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Strong P&L Management and Finance skills to oversee budgets, forecast results, and optimize profitability. Deep Retail experience with a track record of leading multi-unit operations and improving store performance. Strategic Planning capabilities to design and execute long-term retail growth and transformation initiatives. Proven Sales leadership, including building sales strategies, setting targets, and driving revenue across channels. Experience leading large, distributed teams with a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented leadership style. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using data and KPIs to guide decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to executive leadership. Experience in remote leadership and digital retail operations, including omnichannel or e-commerce environments, is an advantage.
