An AI-enabled revenue cycle management company serving emergency medicine groups, freestanding emergency departments, and specialty practices is hiring a remote, U.S.-based Vice President of Sales on a full-time, direct hire basis. The role reports to the CEO. Responsibilities:

• Build and run a repeatable outbound go-to-market playbook
• Own the pipeline and forecast and carry a personal quota in year one
• Hire and lead SDRs, account executives, and sales operations
• Close new-logo and expansion deals with emergency medicine groups and FSEDs, with IDR as the entry product
• Stand up CRM, reporting, and enablement infrastructure

Qualifications:

• 6 plus years in B2B healthcare sales, including 3 plus years leading a team
• Record of building a repeatable outbound motion from inbound-led or founder-led sales
• Consistent quota attainment, ROI-based selling, and structured RFP experience
• RCM, medical billing, No Surprises Act, and IDR experience strongly preferred
