Role Description The Vice President of Sales is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Droxen’s sales organization and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with agencies. This role includes developing and executing the overall sales strategy, setting performance targets, and building processes that support sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing and mentoring the sales team, overseeing account management activities, and ensuring effective coordination of sales operations. The Vice President of Sales will identify new business opportunities, nurture high-value relationships with agency partners, collaborate with marketing and delivery teams, and regularly analyze sales performance data to refine tactics and improve results.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong background in Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term agency and client relationships. Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and optimizing sales processes and tools. Proven Business Development skills, with experience identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic partnerships. Experience leading remote or distributed sales teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Understanding of ecommerce and Shopify ecosystems, or strong interest and ability to learn quickly. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
