Role Description The Vice President of Sales Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s end-to-end sales processes. This position leads sales operations strategy, including forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and performance measurement to drive sustainable revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales analytics and reporting, partnering with finance on budgeting and sales targets, and aligning sales operations initiatives with broader business objectives. The role collaborates with sales leadership to refine go-to-market plans, improve sales efficiency, implement tools and systems, and ensure consistent execution across the sales organization. The Vice President of Sales Operations also mentors team members, promotes best practices, and supports cross-functional projects that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, sales metrics, and performance reporting. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, territory planning, and sales process optimization. Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, sales compensation, and revenue analysis. Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning, with experience aligning sales operations initiatives to organizational goals. Leadership experience managing and developing high-performing sales operations or commercial teams. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools; ability to drive adoption of systems and processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or filtration-related industries is beneficial.
