Role Description The Vice President of Services is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery and growth of HyperNexa’s DevOps and SRE service offerings. This role manages service operations, defines delivery standards, and ensures high-quality outcomes for startup and growth-stage clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading service teams, setting performance goals, optimizing processes, and coordinating cross-functional efforts with sales, product, and marketing. The Vice President of Services will collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs, shape service roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement in reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves forecasting service demand, managing budgets, and contributing to strategic decisions that support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret service performance data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Candidates should possess Finance and Budgeting skills to manage service P&L, allocate resources effectively, and support sustainable growth. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills to shape service offerings, define long-term roadmaps, and align operations with company goals. Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to build, mentor, and guide distributed service teams in a remote environment. Experience leading services or operations in a technology, cloud, or DevOps-focused organization is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with startup and growth-stage clients, balancing agility with operational rigor. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
