Role Description The Vice President of Services at Viaprestige Agency is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, quality, and optimization of all client services. This role manages service operations, designs and implements service standards, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The Vice President of Services will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, improve client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across the services portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring service teams, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, contributing to strategic planning, and communicating regularly with executive leadership and key clients. This position also plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, mitigating risks, and supporting the development of new service offerings.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support informed decision-making. Candidates should possess Finance and Budgeting skills to manage service financials, forecast costs, and ensure profitability. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills to define service priorities, set long-term goals, and align operations with company strategy. Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop high-performing service teams in a remote environment. Experience in client services, operations management, or professional services leadership, preferably within an agency or consulting environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and clients. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team setting, using digital collaboration tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
