Role Description The Vice President of Services is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing all service delivery operations and ensuring exceptional client outcomes. This role involves setting service strategies, defining performance standards, and optimizing processes to meet business and customer objectives. The VP of Services will lead and develop cross-functional teams, manage departmental budgets, and monitor financial performance related to service activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing service metrics, guiding continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with other executives on strategic priorities, and resolving complex client and operational issues. The role also requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning services with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate service performance, and support informed decision-making. Demonstrated experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage departmental budgets, forecast costs, and optimize resource allocation. Proven ability in Strategic Planning to define service roadmaps, set priorities, and align operations with organizational objectives. Effective Team Leadership skills for coaching, mentoring, and managing high-performing service teams in a remote environment. Extensive experience in service operations, client delivery, or professional services leadership roles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across executive, operational, and client teams. Track record of driving process improvement, implementing scalable systems, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial.
