Role Description The Vice President of Services is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the services organization that supports meetago group’s customers and partners across the event lifecycle. This role oversees service delivery, customer onboarding, and ongoing account management to ensure high-quality support and consistent value realization from meetago® solutions. The Vice President of Services will design and optimize service processes, define performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with product, sales, and operations teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring service teams, resolving complex customer issues, shaping service offerings and pricing, and aligning service strategies with broader company goals. This role also contributes to long-term planning and commercial decision-making to strengthen customer retention, growth, and profitability.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and experience using data to drive decisions, improve service performance, and optimize processes. Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to manage departmental budgets, forecast resource needs, and contribute to financial planning. Demonstrated Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting service strategy, defining KPIs, and aligning services with business objectives. Proven Team Leadership experience in building, coaching, and managing high-performing, customer-focused service teams. Extensive background in B2B services, SaaS, or technology-enabled platforms; experience in the MICE, travel, or hospitality sector is highly beneficial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across executive, commercial, and technical functions. Track record of leading change initiatives, scaling operations, and implementing structured service methodologies and tools. Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
