Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Strategic Operations. The Vice President of Strategic Operations will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficient processes, strong governance, and alignment with overall business objectives. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning initiatives, driving operational improvement programs, and managing key projects that support growth and client service excellence. The role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership, finance, relationship management, and technology teams to optimize P&L performance, enhance customer experience, and maintain high standards of compliance and risk management. The Vice President will also mentor cross-functional teams, establish performance metrics, and implement best practices to support scalable, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, with a track record of optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Proficiency in P&L Management and financial performance oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Strong background in Strategic Planning, including developing and executing long-term operational and business strategies. Hands-on experience in Project Management, leading cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation and evaluation. Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with experience designing and monitoring service standards and client satisfaction metrics. Relevant experience in financial services or a related industry; familiarity with compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements is advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
