Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance and driving long-term business strategy. This position leads cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, optimize resource allocation, and support sustainable growth across the real estate portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational workflows, monitoring key performance indicators, overseeing P&L performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves directing strategic planning activities, prioritizing projects, coordinating project management efforts, and partnering with senior leadership to align operations with organizational goals. The Vice President will mentor team members, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience, with a track record of optimizing processes and enhancing organizational efficiency. Demonstrated P&L Management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accountability for revenue and profitability. Background in Strategic Planning, with the ability to develop, communicate, and execute long-term business plans and operational roadmaps. Proficiency in Project Management, including leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and delivering outcomes on scope and budget. Commitment to Customer Service excellence, with experience designing and improving client-focused processes and service standards. Leadership experience in operations or strategy roles, preferably within real estate or related industries. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong data interpretation and reporting capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial. Comfort with remote work tools, digital collaboration platforms, and modern business technology systems.
