Role Description The Vice President of Strategy is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and executing Aeeru Realty’s long-term strategic direction across its advisory and real estate services. This role leads strategic planning initiatives, evaluates market trends, and identifies growth opportunities in residential and investment segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining business plans, overseeing digital and go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with senior leadership to align operations with strategic priorities. The Vice President of Strategy will conduct financial and competitive analyses, support key consulting engagements, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. This position also mentors teams on strategic thinking, ensures data-driven decision-making, and maintains a strong focus on client-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and operational performance to inform strategic decisions. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, including developing long-term roadmaps and managing cross-functional initiatives. Background in consulting or advisory roles, with a focus on real estate, professional services, or related industries. Solid understanding of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, and profitability analysis. Experience in digital strategy, such as leveraging technology, analytics, and digital channels to support growth and client engagement. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team collaboration, mentoring, and stakeholder management in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Real estate industry experience or familiarity with property markets, investment strategies, and regulatory considerations is highly beneficial.
