Virtual Assistant

The primary role of the Virtual Assistant is to streamline operations and support our team in achieving business objectives. This role is pivotal in managing administrative tasks, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients and internal teams, directly contributing to the operational success of Flatworld Philippines. What You'll Do- Manage calendars and appointments, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and coordinating logistics.
- Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prepare reports.
- Conduct research, organize information, and create presentations.
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry and document management.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with online collaboration tools and project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
