We are looking for a careful, detail-oriented assistant to reputed company that account setup and the operations behind it. reputed company is structured, SOP-driven work: clear inputs, documented step-by-step procedures, and a defined result. It rewards accuracy and consistency, not speed. You would: Provision new agency accounts in Absorb Process incoming team rosters and assign the correct roles and access Enroll learners into courses and live sessions Keep accounts current and answer support email in a warm, clear way Follow written procedures exactly, step by step Required: hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (creating users, managing enrollments and groups, access troubleshooting). Strong preference for direct Absorb LMS experience. Time zone: U.S. business-hours (Eastern) overlap preferred, not required.
