About the Opportunity: The VIRTUAL ASSISTANT role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the distributed team. This position contributes by managing scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination, and gifting programs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing team and client engagement. Responsibilities: Manage scheduling, research, documentation, and administrative tasks Maintain internal trackers, records, and operational data Coordinate purchasing, vendor relationships, shipping, expenses, and reimbursements Support onboarding, team logistics, and handle ad hoc requests Oversee gifting operations including sourcing, ordering, personalization, shipping, and delivery Track gifting budgets, recipient information, orders, and vendors Anticipate needs and ensure task completion Requirements: Minimum 3 years in administrative support, operations, or similar roles Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of ownership, reliability, and follow-through Effective research and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Good judgment in managing sensitive information Preferred experience in startup environments, technology companies, or distributed teams Experience managing gifting, vendors, purchasing, or logistics Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools Comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency and automate tasks Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
