Virtual Assistant – Sales Specialist

Position Summary:
As aVirtual Assistant – Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers using our comprehensive database and leads. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, pitching suitable solutions, negotiating pricing, and closing sales. Additionally, you will ensure the accurate placement of orders, resolve artwork issues, and manage freight options efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and seize opportunities by effectively utilizing our database and leads to engage potential customers through inbound inquiries, outbound cold calling, and personalized emails or EDMs.
- Assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our product range, services, and unique selling points to represent the brand passionately and excite customers.
- Ensure accurate order placement, proactively address and resolve artwork issues, and manage freight options.
- Utilize Salesforce for accurate data management and exhibit effective time management to maintain efficiency and high service standards
Requirements
Essential Characteristics:
- Proven ability to identify and engage potential customers using various methods including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and database nurturing.
- Strong sales skills including need identification, solution pitching, pricing negotiation, and closing.
- Deep understanding of the product range and service offerings to effectively highlight benefits and represent the brand with enthusiasm.
- Precision in order placement, artwork resolution, and freight management.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and managing time effectively to ensure optimal efficiency and service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of artwork and design processes.
- Experience with email direct marketing (EDM).
- Familiarity with Shopify.
- Experience with Salesforce.
