The Virtual Branch Manager leads the Credit Union’s Virtual Branch as a member acquisition, sales, and relationship-building channel. This position is responsible for achieving growth and service objectives through proactive outreach, consultative conversations, effective onboarding, and meaningful connections between members’ financial needs and the Credit Union’s products and services. The Manager creates a high-performing, member-focused team through hands-on coaching, development, performance management, and accountability.
