Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Hawaii Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will support adults managing anxiety, stress, mood concerns, and personal challenges through scheduled telehealth sessions. Key Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth counseling sessions to assigned clients Complete clinical evaluations and ongoing assessments Create and update individualized treatment plans Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation Monitor client outcomes and therapeutic progress Adhere to state licensing and telehealth guidelines Active LMHC license in Hawaii Master’s degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field Clinical experience in mental health treatment Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Interested in providing care through telehealth?
