Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality visual assets that align with project requirements and design standards. Review and evaluate graphic designs for visual effectiveness, usability, consistency, and overall quality. Develop digital graphics, illustrations, layouts, branding materials, and other visual content. Analyze existing design materials and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Document creative decisions, design rationale, and visual communication strategies. Assess AI-generated design outputs and provide detailed feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Participate in iterative review cycles to refine visual content and enhance project outcomes. Maintain organized design files and documentation to support collaboration and project continuity. Communicate design concepts and recommendations clearly through written and visual formats. Contribute expertise in typography, color theory, composition, branding, and user-centered design principles.

Required Qualifications

Professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Brand Design, Digital Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across digital, print, branding, marketing, or creative projects. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or equivalent platforms. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout design, and composition. Excellent attention to detail and visual quality standards. Ability to provide constructive design critiques and communicate creative decisions effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
