The Opportunity Voltify sells railroads a complete energy system as a service: battery locomotives, charging, and our own microgrids. Railroads cut their biggest cost without spending capital. Voltify owns the assets and the recurring revenue. That makes us an infrastructure company, an energy company, and a technology company at once. • Capital. Equity funding.
• Asset finance. The structures that fund our fleet and energy network: project finance, tax equity, lease facilities, and infrastructure partnerships. Hundreds of millions of dollars, then billions.
• Deal design. Pricing and contract structures (leasing, energy sales, hybrids) that win customers and attract capital.
• The model. One financial model linking engineering, deployment, unit economics, and capital.
• Public readiness. Audit, controls, governance, and investor relations built to public company standards from day one.
• Incentives. Every tax credit, grant, and public financing program we qualify for.
• The team. A lean, AI-native finance organization across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax.
• Legal - leading our GC and soon in-house counsel and all contracts.
• Payments - leading out day to day financial operations
