Titanium Core Capital is the newest platform within TCC Management, a firm with over $500M in assets under management. The platform focuses on aggregating and operating industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and adjacent light-industrial properties. These assets are primarily leased to essential-use tenants in logistics, construction, energy, and equipment services. The team specializes in supporting mission-critical businesses that rely on secure, flexible storage and laydown space. Role Description The VP of Client Experience is a full-time remote role responsible for leading client relationship management and service delivery across the Titanium Core Capital portfolio. This position will design and implement client experience strategies, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions for tenants, investors, and operating partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client onboarding, managing ongoing communication and issue resolution, and coordinating with asset management, operations, and finance teams to address client needs. The VP will analyze feedback and performance data to develop improvements in processes, tools, and standards, and will create reporting that highlights client satisfaction and retention metrics. The role also involves mentoring team members who interact with clients, establishing best practices for service excellence, and representing the client experience function in strategic planning and platform growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Client relationship and account management skills, including experience building long-term partnerships and managing complex stakeholder expectations. Customer experience strategy and service design skills, with the ability to map client journeys, define service standards, and implement process improvements. Operational and process management skills, including workflow optimization, cross-functional coordination, and implementation of scalable systems and procedures. Analytical and reporting skills, such as using data and feedback to identify trends, drive decision-making, and create clear client-facing and internal reports. Leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring teams, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative, client-focused culture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with tenants, investors, and internal teams at multiple levels. Background in real estate, industrial assets, or logistics-related sectors is strongly preferred; prior experience in a high-growth or platform environment is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus. Comfort working in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills, self-direction, and proficiency in modern collaboration and CRM tools.
