Role Description The VP of Creative is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall creative vision and execution for Meibang Fashion Jewelry. This role oversees concept development for collections, guides brand and visual identity across all channels, and ensures that creative outputs align with market trends and business goals. The VP of Creative will collaborate closely with design, product development, marketing, and sales teams to translate trend insights and client requirements into compelling jewelry concepts and campaigns. Daily responsibilities include directing creative teams, reviewing and refining design proposals, establishing creative guidelines, and maintaining a cohesive brand narrative across international markets. The role also involves mentoring creative talent, managing timelines and priorities, and partnering with leadership to support strategic growth and innovation in a fast-moving fashion environment.

Qualifications

Strong background in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with a track record of leading multidisciplinary creative teams and delivering impactful brand experiences. Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction, including the ability to define visual language, oversee brand identity systems, and ensure consistency across collections and communications. Expertise in Concept Development, including translating trend research and client insights into distinctive jewelry concepts and campaigns. Extensive experience in fashion, accessories, or jewelry industries, with a deep understanding of global market trends and consumer behavior. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to inspire and guide creative professionals in a remote environment. Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in pitching ideas to internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to balance creative excellence with commercial objectives, working comfortably with timelines, budgets, and performance targets. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; advanced qualifications or equivalent professional experience are highly valued.
