Role Description The VP of Customer Success is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the customer success function and supporting long-term value for healthcare clients. This role oversees customer onboarding, engagement, and retention, helping customers achieve positive outcomes through the company’s solutions. Day-to-day activities include supporting the customer success team, monitoring customer satisfaction and account performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams to improve the customer experience. The VP will help develop customer management processes, participate in client meetings, address customer concerns, and maintain strong relationships. This position also involves reviewing customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the continued development of customer success operations.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of customer service, customer success, or account management. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients. Ability to understand customer needs, respond to concerns, and support customer satisfaction and retention. Some experience working with customers, clients, or cross-functional teams is preferred. Basic leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to improve customer experience. Previous experience in healthcare, health tech, customer service, or SaaS environments is a plus but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and use standard digital communication and collaboration tools.
