Role Description The VP of Executive Events is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and executing high-impact events that support Titanium Core Capital’s strategic objectives and executive relationships. This position oversees the end-to-end planning of investor meetings, executive summits, board gatherings, and partner events, including concept development, agenda design, speaker coordination, and guest experience. The role manages event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring each event aligns with brand standards and delivers measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership, managing external vendors, overseeing communications and marketing materials for events, tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving the firm’s executive events strategy. The VP of Executive Events also provides leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in event execution.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Event Management and Event Planning skills, including experience delivering executive-level and investor-focused events. Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Budgeting skills to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and maintain financial discipline. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, investors, and external partners. Experience in executive-level or corporate events within finance, real estate, or professional services is highly beneficial. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in event management are a plus. Strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a data-informed approach to evaluating event impact and ROI.
