Scammers need not apply. Role Description The VP of Marketing is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Tiffany & Co.’s global marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and digital and traditional media initiatives to drive brand equity, client acquisition, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding market research and insights, developing annual marketing plans, aligning cross-channel messaging, and collaborating with product, merchandising, and regional teams to support business growth. The VP of Marketing will manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, optimize budgets, and measure campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives. This leader will also partner closely with public relations, communications, and executive leadership to maintain a consistent and elevated brand image across all markets.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong marketing leadership skills, including Marketing Management and Marketing, with experience driving brand strategy in luxury or premium consumer sectors. Candidates should possess expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to develop data-informed strategies and identify growth opportunities across global markets. Candidates should possess Public Relations experience to steward brand reputation, manage media relationships, and support strategic communications. Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels, with a focus on measurable impact and ROI. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse, cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities. Track record of working with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions in a complex, global organization. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is highly beneficial.
