Role Description The VP of Marketing at JR Safety Energia e Automação is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution. This position oversees brand positioning, campaign development, and communication initiatives that support business growth and strengthen market presence. Day-to-day tasks include defining marketing priorities, guiding market planning activities, reviewing performance metrics, and coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with company objectives. The VP of Marketing will supervise marketing projects, provide strategic direction to internal and external partners, and ensure that all marketing and public-facing materials reflect the organization’s values and standards.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Management and overall Marketing strategy development and implementation. Strong skills in Market Planning, including segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy design. Proficiency in Market Research, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans. Experience in Public Relations, including media engagement, reputation management, and stakeholder communication. Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within industrial, energy, or automation sectors. Ability to operate effectively in a remote, part-time capacity, managing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable marketing outcomes. Strong analytical mindset, familiarity with marketing performance metrics, and comfort working with digital tools and platforms.
