Role Description This is a remote contract role for a VP of Product Strategy at PixBuff. The VP of Product Strategy will lead the development and execution of product vision and roadmap, aligning offerings with market needs and business goals. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define product requirements, and guide product lifecycle decisions from concept to launch and iteration. The VP will analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to inform strategic choices and optimize product portfolio outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with finance and leadership to build business cases, set pricing and investment priorities, and track ROI, while mentoring product managers and improving product processes and frameworks.

Qualifications

Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining and driving product roadmaps and portfolios. Advanced analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities. Proven strategic planning capabilities, including setting long-term product direction and aligning it with overall business objectives. Solid finance skills, including building business cases, modeling scenarios, and understanding revenue, cost, and margin drivers. Demonstrated leadership experience in senior product roles, with the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting strategy and recommendations to executive leadership. Experience in remote collaboration and working effectively with distributed teams across time zones. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience in product and strategy leadership is preferred.
