An independent financial advisory firm is seeking a relationship-driven Wealth Advisor to support existing clients, develop new business, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm. Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing personalized financial guidance and ongoing support. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and proactive outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to support firm growth. Meet individual business development goals and contribute to overall firm performance. Develop a strong understanding of the firm's services, investment philosophy, and client experience. Maintain an active presence in community organizations, including leadership involvement in at least two organizations. Collaborate with colleagues on internal initiatives that enhance client service and drive business growth. Deliver a high-touch client experience grounded in trust, communication, and long-term relationship building. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Experience in financial advising, financial planning, wealth management, or a related client-facing financial services role. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and develop new business. Strong financial planning and investment knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Series 65 license preferred. CFP® certification or progress toward certification preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and MoneyGuide Pro is a plus.
