We’re Hiring: West Coast Territory Sales Manager | Electric Radiant Heating Warmup USA is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to help us grow our business and expand our presence in the market. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, developing existing accounts, and building strong relationships across the construction industry. What You’ll Do Develop and grow sales within your assigned territory WA, OR, CA, MT & ID Identify and win new distributor, retailer and contractor accounts Grow opportunities with existing customers Build relationships with tile and flooring professionals, electrical and HVAC contractors, builders, and other construction professionals Develop relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers Identify and follow up on residential and commercial project opportunities Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations Work alongside our technical and customer service teams to support customers and projects Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity Take ownership of achieving your territory sales goals Who We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and comfortable creating new opportunities , not simply managing an existing customer base. Experience in electric radiant heating is a plus, but it is not required . We'd particularly like to hear from sales professionals with experience in: Tile & flooring Electrical HVAC Building materials Plumbing Construction products Architectural/specification sales Distribution Why Warmup?
