What You'll Be Doing Schedule and confirm appointments with members who have requested information Conduct phone and virtual consultations using a clear, structured process Explain available benefit programs in an easy-to-understand way Answer questions and help members understand their available options Assist with digital applications and documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate Maintain organized records and update member information Complete follow-up communication when additional assistance is needed Provide a professional and positive experience throughout the entire process The position combines customer service, communication, organization, and relationship building in a structured remote environment.
