Base pay range: $120.00/hr – $200.00/hr Responsibilities Conduct virtual visits for acute care conditions (e.g., ear infections, sinus infections, and other common cases) Deliver care through synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid appointment formats Provide patient‑centered care with strong communication and clinical decision‑making Document accurately and maintain compliance with state telehealth regulations Support upcoming service expansions, including Semaglutide weight management and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Qualifications
