What you'll bring Who You Are: Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience with 30+ paid tax returns. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state-of-the art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
