As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you'll support reservations, scheduling, confirmations, and trip logistics while helping clients stay informed as details come together. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Handle

• Coordinate reservation and confirmation details
• Track travel dates, schedules, and important updates
• Organize accommodation, transportation, and activity information
• Assist with itinerary changes or adjustments
• Follow up on pending details
• Communicate updates and next steps to clients
• Maintain accurate trip and client records
• Research options when additional coordination is needed
