W2 Contract : Workday Integration Developer Location: Atlanta, GA (Local candidates strongly preferred; 100% remote candidates are also welcome) We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations across Workday HCM and Financials. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools, web services, APIs, and data migration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and web services. Develop and maintain integrations for Workday HCM, Finance, and Procurement. Configure Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Prepare technical documentation and provide implementation and production support. Stay current with Workday releases and integration enhancements. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Workday integration development. Strong experience with Workday HCM and Financials integrations. Hands-on experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation. Experience with WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java. Knowledge of Workday integration security, including ISU, PGP keys, and MFA. Experience with data migration, reporting, and calculated fields. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
