Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Integrations. Advanced experience with Workday Studio. Strong experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Strong knowledge of Core Connectors and Cloud Connect. Strong experience with Workday Web Services (WWS). Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, and web-service-based integrations. Strong knowledge of Workday Custom Reports and Calculated Fields. Good understanding of Workday Security and Business Process configuration. Strong techno-functional understanding of Workday and end-to-end HR business processes. Experience integrating Workday with multiple enterprise and third-party systems. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. Experience across the complete integration lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership
