Why This Role 100% Remote (EST hours) $37/hour Full-Time | Monday–Friday 2 to 3-month contract What You’ll Do Manage Florida WC lost-time & litigated claims Investigate claims and assess compensability and exposure Apply Florida statute and case law Set and maintain appropriate reserves Coordinate medical care and return-to-work plans Ensure EDI, state filings, and compliance Partner with defense counsel on depositions, mediations, and litigation strategy What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of Florida loss-time WC experience Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster License Strong knowledge of Florida WC law and benefit determination Solid investigation, documentation, and compliance skills Ability to work independently in a remote, team-focused setting
