Qualifications

Experience: Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus. Skills & Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
