Monitor and track workforce productivity and make adjustments as needed to meet performance targets. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support workforce management initiatives. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and present findings to management. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of workforce management. Collaborate with HR to develop training programs for employees to improve their skills and knowledge in workforce management. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in workforce management practices.
