Key Responsibilities

As a Product Experience Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between the product and the consumer. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Receiving and reviewing the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each assignment.
• Unpacking, reading instructions, and setting up the product in a real‑world environment.
• Using the product for the specified duration while taking detailed notes.
• Capturing screenshots, audio recordings, and video footage as instructed.
• Submitting journal entries, online feedback, and written reviews through our secure portal.
• Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner research firms.
• Using brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology (our proprietary smartphone app) to record point‑of‑emotion insights.
• Maintaining the product in good condition and returning it promptly after the test period.
• Communicating any issues or questions to the project coordinator in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who thrive on detail, curiosity, and clear communication. No prior experience is required—just a passion for trying new things and sharing honest feedback.

• Age 18 or older.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
• Smartphone or digital camera capable of taking high‑quality photos and videos.
