That costs $129–249 a month, instead of a marketing hire and an agency. We’re hiring our first Account Executive to close new customers and expand our revenue. The role has two parts: you’ll close and grow accounts, and you’ll tell us exactly why people buy and why they don’t. Close new customers and expand revenue from the ones we have, moving growing teams onto the plan that fits them. Notice precisely why a deal was lost. That means more than knowing it was lost: find the objection, the missing feature, or the moment it stalled. Turn what you hear into a one-page note the product team will act on, with the pattern, the evidence, and the deals it cost us. To succeed here, you need at least two years as a quota-carrying AE at a product-led SaaS company, where deals started with a free trial and closed in days or weeks, not quarters. We’re looking for someone who carried a number and hit it themselves, not someone who managed a team that did. Experience selling to founders and marketers is a big plus.
