This is an exciting opportunity to drive territory growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and bring innovative specialty ingredients to market with a growing business. 🔑 What You’ll Do Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across your assigned territory. Grow existing accounts while identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities. Build strong partnerships with customers across food and beverage, vitamins, minerals, and dietary supplements. Promote a portfolio of specialty ingredients, communicating their technical benefits and applications. Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Manage sales forecasts, customer activity reports, and territory development plans. ✅ What We’re Looking For 5+ years of branded ingredient sales experience. Established relationships within the food and beverage, vitamins, minerals, or dietary supplement industries. Experience selling ingredients into beverage and frozen dessert markets is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline; an MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus. Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong business development capabilities and a demonstrated ability to grow customer accounts. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a large geographic territory independently. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
