Owning a portfolio of strategic client relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager II will manage onboarding, retention, expansion, and renewal processes while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring their satisfaction with AI-powered sales and marketing solutions. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, managing the full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, maintaining visibility in the CRM Proactively manage the renewal process and deliver quarterly business reviews connecting agent performance with revenue outcomes Required qualifications 4+ years in account management or a client-facing revenue role, preferably in a SaaS or AI-powered product company Proven track record in building post-sale relationships and navigating complex customer organizations Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot Ability to read and present performance data effectively in client-facing settings Experience identifying and closing upsell or expansion opportunities within accounts Experience: 3 years required
