Hologic is seeking a full-time Account Receivable/Account Payable professional to support accurate, timely financial transactions as a remote team member. Position Summary The Account Receivable Account Payable role is responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of day-to-day billing, collections support, and vendor payments. You will help maintain accurate records, resolve payment and invoice discrepancies, and support month-end reporting by keeping accounts current. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with internal partners and stakeholders, and maintain strong controls over financial data.

Key Responsibilities

Process and track accounts receivable activities, including invoice preparation support, account reconciliation, and payment application. Support accounts payable functions, including invoice review, matching, coding, and timely processing of vendor payments. Research and resolve billing issues, invoice discrepancies, and payment status questions to ensure accurate account records. Maintain clean documentation and data integrity across billing and payment cycles; support audit readiness as needed. Assist with routine reporting and month-end close activities by providing account status updates and reconciliation support.

Required Qualifications

High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in financial records and transaction processing. Demonstrated experience handling accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively. Clear communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and respond to inquiries professionally. Proficiency with standard business productivity tools and the ability to work confidently with financial systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a healthcare, manufacturing, or similar regulated environment. Experience with reconciliation, aging reports, and resolving payment and invoice discrepancies. Familiarity with internal control concepts and documentation standards for financial processes. Experience supporting month-end close activities and preparing account-related summaries.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $24.00 - $40.00
