As an Adventure Travel Consultant, you will help clients uncover the spirit of Colorado with its outdoor adventures, weekend escapes, cultural getaways, all while building a flexible, purpose-driven career from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Design custom itineraries for adventure seekers, including hiking trips, cultural expeditions, and off-the-beaten-path escapes
• Guide clients through destination choices, lodging, transportation, and activities tailored to their travel style
• Build trust and loyalty through personalized service and expert recommendations
• Stay current on global travel trends, seasonal adventures, and local events
• Partner with vendors and tour operators to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences

Requirements

• Passionate about adventure, nature, and cultural exploration
• Excellent communicator with a service-first mindset
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English or Spanish
