The Firm Broad Corporate Platform: Advise domestic and international clients on M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, operating and buy-sell agreements, commercial contracts and strategic business matters. Strong Real Estate Capability: Work across commercial acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, development and redevelopment matters.
