Job Summary Work on challenging coding and security tasks designed to help train next-generation AI systems. You'll create realistic coding problems, implement features and bug fixes, and build deterministic verifiers to evaluate solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong backend development experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or similar
• Experience building scalable services and APIs
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing skills
• Solid code review and software engineering practices
• Experience with cybersecurity, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or security audits
• Familiarity with secure coding, AppSec, OWASP, and CWE is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug complex software
