Your Role Watch first: A Day in the Life of a Client Experience Associate - Answer inbound calls for our clients' businesses from home. - You'll capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients. - Handle a range of call types, including standard answering, Active Response (where a message pops up and you are to make an outbound call to someone), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls. - You'll be trained on each one. - Expect a steady, fast pace. - Calls often come in back-to-back, and we measure performance by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time. Your Schedule - 40 hours per week, mostly scheduled between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time. - A minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday is required for the first 8-12 weeks after training. - You choose your own shifts each week, but choice is ranked by performance tier. - Higher tiers pick first, so new associates should expect the least choice at the start. - Flexibility is a must. - Attendance is tracked with a points system. - Being reliable is very important! Training - 2 weeks of paid training, followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development, where you’ll take live calls with ongoing support. - During this period, you'll need full availability for 40 hours a week and can't block off holidays or vacation time. Your Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication in both English & Spanish (fluent in both languages). - A warm, upbeat tone and a genuine interest in helping people - A good listener who stays calm and efficient under pressure - Dependable: you show up for every scheduled shift, on time - Strong computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM - A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools Job requirements Compensation & Benefits - Starting at $16.00/hour - Benefits start after 60 days: [e.g., medical, dental, vision, EAP, PTO] - 401(k) with matching after one year of employment Your System - We use a Bring Your Own Device policy. - Your computer and internet connection must meet our system and internet requirements before you start.
